WHAT IF YOU’VE ALREADY BOOKED A TRIP AND NEED HELP?

If you booked with the Walt Disney Travel Co within the last 30 days, you can request that your reservation be transferred to me FOR FREE and absolutely nothing will change, aside that you now have a Disney BFF planning the rest of your trip.

If you booked a Sandals Resort or Beaches Resort vacation within the last 14 days, you can upgrade to include my complimentary services.. The only two requirements to upgrade are that you 1. booked within the last 14 days, and 2. your balance has not yet been paid in full (unless requesting within 24 hours of booking). *Please read all the details below, including service terms and conditions.

Other travel suppliers allow transfers, and some allow transfers beyond 30 days from booking. Contact me to see if your reservation qualifies for an upgrade.

Service Terms & Conditions:

Please note that once your booking is assigned to me, Sandals or Beaches will request that you use my (Erica Shaffer, affiliate of Main Street Travel, LLC) services instead of the call center. You may email me anytime at erica@mainstreettravelco.com or call. Any amendments or changes to your booking will be done through me on your behalf, including requests, amendments and any desired cancellations. Only one assignment is permitted per booking and is non-transferable after requested and upon completion. Please note that the utilization of these services can never guarantee any extra benefits or promotions; rather, this is service-based value that gives you unlimited access to an expert’s expertise on the brand and when possible, will add extra promotions based on individual booking eligibility. This service is complimentary.

Service Program Eligibility:

  • Must have booked directly online with Sandals/Beaches, via the call center OR were an existing client of mine when booking in-resort at Loyalty & Travel.

  • Online/Phone bookings have 14 days from the initial date of booking to make the aforementioned service request email (existing client Loyalty bookings also have until 90 days before travel).

  • Bookings must have $500+ remaining on balances; paid in full bookings are only eligible if service requested within 24 hours of booking.
