Yes and no. As a Travel Planner, I work on a commission basis, which means I am paid directly from the destination you are visiting. There is a planning fee built into every single price you see online. When you book with me, that amount is given as commission. You are paying for a Travel Planner whether you use my services or not! The ONLY time I charge a planning fee is when I am curating road trips across the United States for my clients OR a request for ticket-only trips with my planning services. Itβs a lot of work and logistics, and typically outside of what a regular Travel Planner does. A one-time planning fee is necessary as types of trips/requests do not offer commission. Amount of planning fee varies by length of travel, ticket type, how much planning I will be doing, etc.

Majority of the suppliers I partner with require a deposit and will allow payments to be made on your vacation, interest free. However, it does vary trip by trip and final balance will be due by specified date.

Nope! I am certified with numerous resorts and destinations worldwide including Sandals and Beaches Resorts, all major cruise lines, Europe land tours (self-led and guided), Mexico all-inclusive resorts, the Caribbean, and so much more. The destinations highlighted on this website are examples of the destinations I frequently partner with.

All payments will be processed through my software VCRM as this is a secure way to collect your financial information so I can process payment directly with my suppliers.

After researching your destination and creating your trip proposal, the pricing I present will be similar, if not the same to what you would find online. The difference is you receive my concierge-level planning services, as well as an itinerary made specifically for you. When you book with me, I'm constantly on the lookout for new promos that your reservation may qualify for to save you money. If you book direct or with a big chain store and a discount becomes available, please know that they will not automatically apply that discount for you. You will have to find a discount, check your reservation to see if it qualifies, call the chain store or an online site customer service number, sit on hold and ASK them to apply it for you! You are doing all the leg work and they are getting all the credit. Travel smarter and use a travel planner!

With me, you get exceptional personal assistance before, during, and after your vacation. Online sites and big-box stores make your reservation and that's it. They don't know the personal details of your trip. To them, you are just a number. I know every personal detail of your trip, if you're celebrating a birthday or anniversary, I know your kid's favorite character and what they're allergic to. You and I build a relationship, and that is something that online sites or chain stores can't do. If something should go wrong on your trip and you need assistance, you will be able to reach me by phone anytime. You won't have to sit on hold waiting for someone that doesn't know anything about your trip to "help".

If you booked with Walt Disney Travel Co. within the last 30 days, you can request that your reservation be transferred to me FOR FREE and absolutely nothing will change, aside that you now have a Disney BFF planning the rest of your trip! Other suppliers (Sandals, etc.) may allow you to transfer your reservation to me as well! Email me and let's find out if I can bring you onboard.
